Here’s the application you need to help you develop real strength!
This application uses "the ladder" method to help you with your strength in bardips. You will do an initial test and the do two workouts each week in six weeks. There will be progress tests after week two and four and an final test after six weeks.
FEATURES:
* Keeps track of the workout with number of reps and how long to rest.
* Saves the total number of reps in a log so you can see the progress even in the workout data.
* Saves the test data in a log to review.
* Includes the possibility to reset the scheme in case of need, and also the possibility to remove separate items from the logs or to clear all of them.
